Prepcom meeting for the presentation of the

MDG eNabler (previously named MDG eCenter ) 

Concluded successfully at United Nations

New York,1-2 September 2010

A Preparatory meeting was organized at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 1-2 September 2010. The meeting concluded successfully with the overwhelming support and participation from 110 participants from 44 countries including governments, the private sector (including Microsoft, Telefonica, Intel and others), civil society, international organization, United Nations organizations and academia. It was decided to adopt the name ‘MDG eNabler’ (previously called MDG eCenter) for the project.

The report on conclusions of the meeting is being finalized by GAID Secretariat and will be posted on this website soon.
