I am not surprised that there is no posting in this category;for there is general neglect of Higher education/advanced education in ICT, following the pattern of neglect of higher education in favour of primary education in developing Countries.It is my fervent hope that, the realisation of the negetive effects on the capacity gaps for nation building, will slowly translate into remedial actions so we will save our national development efforts from the continued peril of square pegs in round holes as we begin to focus attention on developing and sustaining those kinds of ICT educational programs needed in higher/advanced education, especially in Africa and the third world where the global information/knowledge awareness is gearing up.
