G@ID Community of Experts on ICT for Education - thoughts for discussion

This paper suggests that the Community of Experts (CoE) could advocate for the more efficient and effective use of ICTs by focusing on certain key challenges and on knowledge exchange. This would support the overall work of the Global Alliance, support the strengthening of education systems, and ultimately, assist developing countries.
