UNESCO supports development of screen reader for visually handicapped students

A UNESCO supported software to convert text to speech in Belarusian, Russian and English is now freely available for visually handicapped students.
The development of the software entitled Sakrament LibReader is particularly targeted towards educational and cultural purposes.
