The Integrated Health Record System project aims to build a complete record of the medical history of individuals that includes any diseases they suffered, treatment methods and medications received, and concentrates on the medical phenomena that affect patients' futures. Such information is recorded by specialists and service providers. The system consists of an information system enabling retrieval of all data, health indicators, consultations and medical opinions concerning the individual.
