This Forum will examine ways and means to best empower creators and educators of e-Content with the skills needed to exercise their creativity in a sustainable way fostering cultural diversity and multilingual content.

Huge advances in both technology and education and their convergence have brought into existence new Paradigms such as eLearning, mLearning, just-in-time learning, lifelong learning, multicultural learning, student-centered learning. Collaborative approaches have emerged, and are being supported by technologies such as new communication tools, virtual reality and networking.

This new and rapid development has created both opportunities and areas of serious concern. The conference aims to address some of the technological, economical, policy making aspects of this development.

This event will bring together a number of key actors to consider how best stakeholders can provide and facilitate effective participatory learning environment for e-content creation worldwide.
