The United Nations Secretary General Ban ki-moon urged here on Sunday the international community to move quickly to secure the resources in addressing climate change. Speaking at the opening of the 14th summit of the African Union (AU), Ban ki-moon said African countries are among the least responsible yet the most susceptible to climate change impacts.
