ICT is a bimonthly printed bulletin, a web magazine, and an accompanying email newsletter. It is published by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) ACP–EU.

Each issue of ICT focuses on a specific theme relevant to ICTs for agricultural and rural development in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries, and features four commissioned articles. The printed bulletin also contains a ion of relevant links and projects and a ‘Question and Answer’ section, taken from the website.
