Registration

On-site registration

Registration will take place in the lobby area located at the entrance of the conference centre. For identification purposes, please present an official photo identity document (e.g. passport or driver's license).

The registration schedule is as follows:

23 September 2007, 15.30-17.30
24-25 September 2007, 08.00 to 18.00

Those who are not pre-registered will be asked to fill in the registration form and to produce documentary evidence of their afffiliation (name of Administration or provisionally accredited entity/organization they are representing and its address).

Exhibit

The exhibit area is located immediately to the right after the security gates in the lobby of the conference centre. The exhibit will take place for the duration of the event.

Participants from certain countries may require visas to travel to Switzerland. Once your registration for the Global Forum is reviewed, you will be provided with a Letter of Invitation, should you need it to apply for a Swiss visa.
